Who pays the workers?
All workers are full time employees of Construction Force Services that we pay weekly. There is no need for you to deal with the usual employee hassles such as payroll checks, benefits, paid vacation, etc.

How long do I have to keep them?
Our Minimum order is for (7) hours per employee per day. There is no limit on how long you can keep them. Many of our accounts have kept our workers on their jobs for several months and even years! We do suggest that CFS workers are kept for jobs 40 hours or more to get the full value of our service. Like any employee, it usually takes more than their first day on the job to know their real skills and ability.

What if I don't like the worker you send?
For any reason you do not feel the worker we sent to you is up to your expectations, just inform us within the first (4) hours and we will replace the worker free of charge. Your account will be credited up to (4) hours. No credits will be allowed after this period, refer to your sales agreement for details.

What if I want take on one of the employees to my own payroll?
As many contractors have found, using our employees on temporary basis is a great way to find permanent employees. All we require is that you keep them working via our service for a minimum of (2080) hours and no other fees will be required.

Do you offer Preveling Rate workers for City, State and Federal Projects?
Yes, we do provide Prevailing Rate workers. We have an approved benefits program that leaglly covers your contractual obligations. Our rates are customized to pay the workers the required rate of pay and supplemental benefits. We issue certified payrolls weekly. It is your responsibility to inform us when ordering labor for a Prevailing Rate project. We do not automatically pay the required rate and benefit without your authorization. The best way to insure there is no confusion in this serious matter, is to fax us the page of your contract that shows the current required pay and benefits rate.

When do I pay for the labor?
Our standard credit terms are payment upon receipt of our invoice. At the end of each week, you or your appointed job forman will verify all hours worked by CFS employees by signing their time sheet. This approved time sheet will be the authorized document that we use to pay the CFS employee and bill you. Please be careful and make sure the hours are accurate. Any and all claimed deductions for items such as lunch or lateness must be deducted from the total hours. No credits will be allowed after the CFS employee has been paid.

What if the job is canceled or it rains?
For any reason our scheduled employees arrive at the approved time and destination and not needed due to no fault of Construction Force Services a minimum of (4) hours will be charged. In the case of rain or inclement weather, you must inform your account manager what action we should take. If nothing is indicated on the job order, workers will be sent and billed as usual.
