Skill Descriptions

Apprentice: Our entry level employees, hard working, eager to learn, up to 2 years experience in their trade, good for moving materials and clean-up, minimal skills, mechanically inclined, some tools, must be supervised.

Helper: 2 to 3 years experience, hard working, good supporting worker for mechanic or journeyman, some able to cut and measure, basic tools, must be supervised.

Mechanic: Good experience, minimum 3 to 5 years on the job, able to do basic installation, can measure cut and install, all basic hand tools some power (please specify), works with minimum supervision.

Journeyman: Top level employees, 6 + years experience in their trade, can work independently without constant supervision, some can read and work from plans, all basic hand and power tools ( please specify).
