Working in the construction industry in NYC for 30 years, brothers Jay and David came to realize that there was nowhere for construction companies to turn to when they needed skilled tradespeople to staff their projects. Contractors had to hire workers using time-consuming ineffective methods. Filling that pressing need for immediate, trained employees is the basis for our and our clients' success over the years.
